Wabash Valley supplies a broad range of egg products to its valued customers in the United States and abroad. Our product offering encompasses liquid egg products, frozen egg products, dried egg products, and value-added/extended shelf life egg products, including certified cage free and organic varieties.
Customers rely on Wabash Valley’s egg products to produce a variety of value-added and further processed food products including egg substitutes, health / nutrition items, dressings, sauces, pastas, breads, cookies, pastries, cakes, pies, confectionery products, ice cream, etc. We work closely with each customer and prospect to identify and clearly understand their unique egg product needs.
Our continued investment in new laying hen and pullet farms, plant modernization, feed manufacturing, and our company-owned transportation fleet has Wabash Valley well positioned to continue to grow and deliver our value proposition to current and new customers with respect to product quality, customer service, flexibility with changing orders, consistent execution, and on-time deliveries.
LIQUID EGG PRODUCTS
Wabash Valley’s liquid egg products include pasteurized and unpasteurized liquid whole egg, egg whites, egg yolks, and blends. We deliver these products in a multitude of formats and quantities, including but not limited to, bulk tankers, totes, pails, boxes, and bag-in-a-box.

FROZEN EGG PRODUCTS
Wabash Valley’s frozen egg products are pasteurized and offer extended shelf life, flexibility in packaging, and a convenient thawing process. We work with our customers to develop custom blends with sugar, salt, citric acid, or other items, based on their unique needs.

DRIED EGG PRODUCTS
Wabash Valley’s dried egg products are convenient to use, have a long shelf life, are easy to mix, and can be used with many different recipes. Our processing plant in Zanesville, OH, produces a wide variety of dried egg products including specialty blends designed to enhance whipping properties for egg whites, increase flowability for whole eggs and egg yolk, or whatever specific attributes are necessary for the performance of our customers’ products.

All Wabash Valley egg product plants are SQF Food Safety and Food Quality Certified and have been for many years. Every morning begins with a management discussion focused on product quality from the previous day’s production, and in addition to SQF code, we follow the policies set forth in our HAACP plan, Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Processes, and other prerequisite programs.
