$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS / $3,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
- Monday – Friday (6am-3pm)
- Manage every 4th Weekend/Holiday & Response to Farm Alarm System
- Provide proper overall care to Layers and/or Pullets
- Troubleshoot farm systems, equipment, robots, and computer systems
- Management of part-time employees
- Input and utilization of inventory management system
- Mechanical/Electrical Experience
- Ability to Troubleshoot Equipment
- Proficient with Computer Systems
- Management skills
- Effective Communicator
- Forklift Experience
- Transport Eggs and/or Feed (Several short trips each day)
- Communicate with Dispatch and Managers
- Assist in other Simple Transport logistic needs
- Working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Class A CDL
- Pallet Jack Experience
- Attention to Detail
- Effective Communicator
- Preferred 3 Years Driving Experience
– Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment and production areas during weekly start up.
– Monitoring fermentation process and cooling over to holding tanks
– Monitor critical control points (CCP) as required.
– Responsible for the correct recording of all relevant record logs and documentation.
– follow GMPs and safety procedures in the facility.
– Perform basic physical tests such as pH and moisture analysis.
– Serve as back-up to 1st and 2nd shift as needed
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday – Friday (10pm to 6am)
- Weekends as needed
- Paid Weekly (Direct Deposit)

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience in working in food manufacturing is a plus.
– Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work in a sanitary manner to prevent cross-contamination.
– Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
– Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance at work.
-Set up and operate egg dryer filling and packaging equipment.
-Adjust equipment to perform optimum output.
-Handle materials and components safely and efficiently.
-Assemble parts according to specifications.
-Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities.
-Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
-Read and interpret monitors for egg flow to dryer.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday (6pm to 6am)
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Paid Weekly (Direct Deposit)
