Roger Seger

Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Production Officer

Roger joined his brothers at Wabash Valley in 1986 upon graduating from Indiana University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the IU Kelley School of Business. In addition to his family ownership responsibilities, Roger is responsible for Wabash Valley’s live production, animal welfare, feed, farm quality programs, permitting, industry issues, and industry relationships.

With a keen focus on contributing to the egg industry, Roger currently serves on the United Egg Producers (UEP) Board of Directors as well as its animal welfare and food safety committees, the Indiana Department of Agriculture Governor’s Advisory Board and the Indiana State Poultry Association Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the US Roundtable for Sustainable Poultry and Egg and serves on its Framework Committee.

Exemplary of Wabash Valley’s commitment to serving the community, Roger is President of the Indiana University National Varsity Club Board of Directors and President of the City of Jasper Park Board.
