Wabash Valley is a leading United States egg processor and supplier of egg products to numerous global food industry leaders and brands. With our headquarters located in the beautiful rolling hills of Dubois County, Indiana, our operations are vertically integrated and spread across the Midwest with three independent egg processing plants in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
We are privately owned and managed by the Seger Family, and our 2nd and 3rd generation leadership team is keenly focused on continuing to grow our business into the future.

Liquid Eggs
Wabash Valley is one of the largest liquid egg product suppliers in the U.S. Our liquid egg products include unpasteurized and pasteurized whole egg, egg whites, egg yolks, and various blends. As is the case with all of our egg products, we offer liquid eggs in conventional, cage free, or organic formats.
We supply liquid eggs in a multitude of packaging options, including but not limited to, bulk tankers, totes, pails, and bag-in-a-box.
Dried Eggs
Wabash Valley’s dried egg products are produced at its facility in Zanesville, OH, which was acquired from the Ballas Family. The facility was one of the first dryers of egg in the U.S. and our team possesses significant expertise and more than eight decades of experience with dried eggs.
We supply our dried eggs primarily in 50lb bag-in-a-box packaging. We offer a wide variety of conventional, cage free and organic dried egg products including standard, hi-whip and instantized dried egg whites, plain and free flowing dried egg yolks, plain and free flowing dried whole eggs, and numerous blends.
Frozen Eggs
Wabash Valley’s frozen egg products offer extended shelf life, flexibility in packaging, and a convenient thawing process. Our product offering includes conventional, cage free and organic frozen egg products and encompasses frozen whole egg, frozen egg whites, frozen egg yolks, and various custom frozen blends with sugar, salt, citric acid, or other ingredients.
We primarily package our frozen egg products in either 30lb pails or boxes.
