As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of machinery and equipment. Attention to detail is a must while documenting the processes to ensure that we are operating according to protocols to produce safe, high-quality food products.

Main Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate egg dryer filling and packaging equipment.
-Adjust equipment to perform optimum output.
-Handle materials and components safely and efficiently.
-Assemble parts according to specifications.
-Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities.
-Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
-Read and interpret monitors for egg flow to dryer.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday (6pm to 6am)
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
