Full Time
Main Responsibilities:
Perform product monitoring procedures according to HACCP plan
Ensure production personnel and departments are operating according to HACCP standards
Understand and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) / Good Laboratory Practices (GLP’s)
Provide GMP and GLP training to associates
Perform laboratory analysis
Participate in audits within program and facility
Interact with USDA / FDA associates Backup to Quality Laboratory Technician
Primary Skills:
HACCP / PCQI / GFSI setting experience and/or certification
Preferred work experience in food manufacturing industry
Preferred experience in collecting and monitoring of micro samples
Attention to Detail
Effective Communication
Proficient with Computers
